East House

East House was just a shell when we brought it in 2016, and it was like camping indoors. We had no electricity or running water for the first twelve months. The roof leaked, the gardens were overgrown with brambles, discarded rubbish, and everything had to come over by boat. Nearly all of the renovations on East House have been carried out by our own fair hands.
One good thing about living on an island is...no one can hear you scream!

Its been a challenge turning a dream into a reality, but we succeeded.
